In a significant development within the cybersecurity landscape, CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced on March 17, 2026, that Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has chosen the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform to enhance its Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This partnership, which leverages NVIDIA's advanced AI infrastructure, marks a pivotal step in the evolution of security operations, empowering organizations to tackle the growing threats posed by cyber adversaries.

1. The Need for Speed in Security

The urgency of this collaboration stems from alarming trends in cybercrime. In 2025, the average breakout time for eCrime incidents plummeted to just 29 minutes, with some breaches occurring in as little as 27 seconds. As attackers increasingly utilize artificial intelligence to execute rapid and sophisticated assaults, traditional security operations are under pressure to respond with equal speed and precision.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, emphasized the criticality of this transformation: “The SOC cannot operate at human speed when adversaries are moving at the speed of AI.” The Agentic SOC approach aims to shift security teams from merely managing alerts to orchestrating intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making—all while remaining under human control.

2. Leveraging NVIDIA AI for Enhanced Security

The collaboration between CrowdStrike, EY, and NVIDIA harnesses the full-stack capabilities of NVIDIA's AI platform. This encompasses advanced tools such as NVIDIA Nemotron for accurate analysis, NVIDIA NeMo Data Designer for model enhancement, and NVIDIA NIM microservices for efficient enterprise implementation. By integrating these technologies, organizations can scale AI workloads and respond to security events with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

Ganesh Devarajan, EY Americas Consulting Cyber Risk Practice Leader, remarked on the importance of this collaboration: “As attack surfaces expand and adversaries operate at machine speed, security operations are at a critical inflection point.” The combination of EY's extensive experience in designing complex security environments and CrowdStrike's AI-driven SOC platform aims to deliver measurable, scalable, and resilient security operations for clients across various sectors.

3. Introducing the Agentic SOC Services

EY's Agentic SOC services will be built on CrowdStrike’s innovative technologies, which include:

  • The Agentic Security Platform: This platform offers a comprehensive AI-ready data layer, providing real-time environmental context and actionable signals for both AI agents and human analysts.
  • The Agentic Security Workforce: A unique offering that features mission-ready agents trained on extensive real-world data from CrowdStrike's Falcon® Complete Next-Gen Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and incident response engagements.
  • Charlotte AI AgentWorks: A user-friendly tool that allows organizations to create and customize their own AI agents without needing to write any code.
  • Charlotte Agentic SOAR: This system orchestrates CrowdStrike, custom-built, and third-party agents into a cohesive defense mechanism, guided by human expertise.

Emmett Koen, Senior Director of Cybersecurity Operations and North America Regional CISO at Mondelēz, highlighted the significance of AI in addressing the overwhelming volume of alerts: “AI agents that can continuously analyze activity and surface what matters most allow our teams to focus on higher-value response and decision-making.”

4. A New Era in Cybersecurity

With the partnership between CrowdStrike and EY, the Agentic SOC is poised to redefine the operational model for modern security operations, equipping enterprises with the tools necessary to combat evolving cyber threats effectively. As organizations grapple with the complexities of cybersecurity in an increasingly digital world, this collaboration represents a crucial advancement towards a more resilient and proactive security posture.

CrowdStrike continues to bolster its position as a leader in cybersecurity, driven by its commitment to innovation and excellence in protecting critical enterprise areas such as endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data. As the battle against cybercrime intensifies, the integration of AI into security operations will likely become not just an advantage, but a necessity for organizations worldwide.
