The facility is designed to achieve the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Certification—the highest tier of Singapore’s green building rating system. Sustainable features include an on-site solar panel system, LED lighting, low-carbon concrete construction, and a closed-loop water reclamation system aimed at achieving zero water waste. Additionally, the Smart Building Management System will monitor energy and water consumption in real time.
