  • Phil McCartney: Previously the Vice President of Footwear, McCartney has been elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation, Design & Product Officer. He will spearhead new product creation, ensuring that Nike, Jordan, and Converse remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Nicole Graham: Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer, Graham has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She will lead the storytelling efforts for Nike, Jordan, and Converse, aiming to inspire consumers through the emotional connection of sport.

Graham rejoined Nike in 2023 with over 20 years of marketing experience. She has been instrumental in creating global marketing campaigns for major sporting events and has a track record of building iconic brands.

Tom Clarke

With a remarkable 45-year career at Nike, Clarke's extensive background spans multiple roles, including President of Innovation. His expertise in biomechanics and research has significantly impacted Nike's product development processes.

These strategic leadership changes reflect Nike's commitment to enhancing its operational framework and focusing on innovation and athlete-centric strategies.
