GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO) has unveiled its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, showcasing remarkable growth and solidifying its position in the logistics industry. The company has reported record revenue and significant improvements in earnings, reflecting the robustness of its operational strategy and market presence.

1. Record Revenue and Strong Growth

In a press release dated November 4, 2025, GXO announced that its revenue surged to $3.4 billion for the third quarter, marking an 8% increase compared to $3.2 billion in the same period last year. This growth was further bolstered by a notable 4% rise in organic revenue, indicating the company’s ability to expand its core operations effectively.

Patrick Kelleher, the newly appointed CEO of GXO, attributed this success to the resilience of the company’s business model and the strategic initiatives being implemented. Kelleher stated, “We delivered record revenue in the third quarter, as well as double-digit adjusted EBITDA growth, underscoring the strength and resilience of GXO’s business model.”

2. Impressive Earnings Performance

The financial performance of GXO in the third quarter extended beyond just revenue. The company reported a net income of $60 million, a substantial increase from $35 million recorded in the third quarter of 2024. This translated into a diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.51, significantly higher than the $0.28 per share reported in the same quarter last year.

Additionally, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at $251 million, up from $223 million in the previous year’s third quarter. Despite the growth in revenue and earnings, adjusted diluted EPS remained consistent at $0.79, showcasing stable profitability.

3. Cash Flow Generation and Financial Health

GXO’s operational efficiency is further highlighted by its strong cash flow generation. The company reported $232 million in cash flow from operations, an increase from $198 million in the third quarter of 2024. Moreover, GXO achieved $187 million in free cash flow, substantially higher than the $110 million generated in the same quarter last year. This positive cash flow trend enhances GXO’s financial flexibility and positions it well for future investments and growth opportunities.

4. Strategic Growth Initiatives

Kelleher emphasized the company’s commitment to accelerating growth and expanding margins while highlighting the successful integration of Wincanton. The CEO noted that new business wins have increased by 24% year over year, with a commercial pipeline currently valued at $2.3 billion. This pipeline is geographically diversified and primarily focused on high-growth sectors, providing GXO with a solid foundation for future success.

As the year approaches its end, Kelleher reaffirmed the company’s full-year guidance, indicating confidence in achieving its financial targets.

5. Looking Ahead

In closing, Kelleher expressed enthusiasm about the future of GXO, stating, “We’re building from a position of strength and are primed to enter a new era of growth that delivers significant value to our customers and shareholders.” This sentiment reflects the company’s strategic vision and commitment to driving long-term success in the logistics sector.

With robust financial results, a strong operational framework, and a clear growth strategy, GXO Logistics Inc. is well-positioned to continue its upward trajectory in the competitive logistics landscape. Investors and stakeholders will be keenly observing the company’s next moves as it seeks to capitalize on its current momentum.
