Galbraith’s most recent position was as Senior Vice President of People Experience at Xero, where she led HR Business Partnering functions across multiple regions, including the Americas and the UK/EMEA.

Galbraith has a history of working with startups and high-growth companies, often acting as an advisor to help organizations navigate complex changes and develop cultures that attract and retain top talent. This experience aligns perfectly with DAT's goals of innovation and growth.
