Centene's Meridian Health Plan Wins Illinois D-SNP Contract

This new D-SNP contract will allow Meridian to manage and coordinate a more holistic approach to healthcare, addressing not only medical needs but also behavioral health, psychosocial factors, and environmental influences that affect health outcomes.
