The previous year’s results were bolstered by a $67.9 million after-tax benefit related to the MoLo acquisition.

On a non-GAAP basis, the full year net income was $84.8 million, or $3.70 per diluted share, compared to $149.7 million, or $6.28 per diluted share, in 2024.
