Accenture Unveils Trusted Agent Huddle: A New Era of AI Collaboration

On April 28, 2025, Accenture PLC (NYSE: ACN) announced the launch of its innovative platform, Trusted Agent Huddle™. This groundbreaking initiative aims to facilitate seamless, multi-system collaboration among AI agents across various enterprises, marking a significant advancement in the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within business operations.

As part of Accenture's AI Refinery™, the Trusted Agent Huddle is designed to enable secure interoperability among agents developed by leading technology partners, including Adobe, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Workday. This platform allows organizations to manage and deploy AI agents tailored to specific tasks and business objectives, fostering an environment of innovation.

Lan Guan, Accenture's Chief AI Officer, emphasized the importance of trust in AI development, stating, “With the proliferation of AI agents across the enterprise, trust is the only limit to AI reaching its full potential.” The introduction of Trusted Agent Huddle enables companies to orchestrate agents from different platforms within AI Refinery, thereby facilitating unprecedented levels of collaboration and capability.

The Trusted Agent Huddle employs open standardization protocols, such as Agent2Agent and Model Context Protocol, allowing organizations to transform entire workflows rather than focusing on isolated processes. This capability is further enhanced by a proprietary algorithm that evaluates and aligns agent performance, setting the groundwork for a future agent trust score.

For enterprises with existing agents based on cloud-hosted models, integration into the AI Refinery will be seamless, preserving functionality while enabling the development of new agents. Accenture's agent builder also allows for the adaptation of agents as business needs evolve.

In a strategic partnership, FedEx is exploring the implementation of Trusted Agent Huddle in collaboration with Accenture and NVIDIA. Sriram Krishnasamy, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Digital & Information Officer at FedEx, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, stating, “The Trusted Agent Huddle enables agents from different platforms to collaborate as one team and will help FedEx seamlessly engage and orchestrate information across the supply chain to accelerate innovation.”

Accenture AI Refinery, built on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, is pivotal in accelerating AI across the Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud AI ecosystem. The Trusted Agent Huddle can be utilized alongside the NVIDIA Agent Intelligence toolkit, which facilitates seamless connectivity between agents, tools, and data.
