Accenture Expands Partnership with Google Cloud to Propel Technological Innovation

In a major development during the Cloud Next '25 event, Accenture PLC (NYSE: ACN) has unveiled an expansion of its strategic partnership with Google Cloud. The initiative aims to provide organizations with new capabilities to adopt and scale cutting-edge cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Accenture's new capabilities span several critical domains, each geared towards maximizing the value derived from Google Cloud technologies:

Accenture is significantly expanding its library of industry- and function-specific agent solutions. These solutions utilize Google Agentspace and the advanced reasoning models from Gemini, accessible via the joint Accenture Google Gen AI Center of Excellence. A notable example includes work with Mondelēz International, where Accenture is enhancing content creation capabilities. By employing AI agents, the company can generate personalized text, images, and videos rapidly, improving marketing effectiveness.

Leveraging the Google Customer Engagement Suite along with Accenture’s GenWizard platform, the firm is launching new tools to facilitate the migration from legacy contact systems to Contact-Center-as-a-Service. This will empower organizations to develop AI agents from call transcripts and implement omnichannel analytics for improved customer interactions.

Accenture is also introducing tailored industry solutions to expedite the realization of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) investments.
