During the third quarter, Seagate generated $259 million in cash flow from operations and $216 million in free cash flow. The company returned $152 million to shareholders through its quarterly dividend. Additionally, Seagate made significant strides in debt reduction, lowering its outstanding debt by $536 million, bringing the total debt to $5.1 billion by the end of the quarter. The company closed the quarter with $814 million in cash and cash equivalents, alongside 212 million ordinary shares issued and outstanding.
