1. Company Overview and Upcoming Event

Senti Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNTI) has announced its upcoming conference call and webcast to discuss the latest clinical data for its investigational therapy, SENTI-202. The call is set for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 8:00 AM ET, coinciding with the presentation of the data at the prestigious American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting.

The conference call will be led by Senti Bio's Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Dr. Timothy Lu, alongside Dr. Kanya Rajangam, President, Head of Research & Development, and Chief Medical Officer. They will be joined by Dr. Nosha Farhadfar, a Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplant Physician at the Sarah Cannon Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program, who brings additional expertise to the discussion.

Investors and interested parties can participate in the call by dialing (877) 524-8416 for domestic calls or +1 (412) 902-1028 for international access. The event will also be accessible via a webcast on Senti Bio's website, where it will remain archived for 90 days following the live event.

2. Insights into SENTI-202 Therapy

SENTI-202 represents a significant advancement in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, specifically targeting Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS). This innovative therapy employs a Logic Gated off-the-shelf CAR-Natural Killer (NK) cell approach designed to selectively target and eradicate malignant cells expressing CD33 and/or FLT3 surface antigens while sparing healthy hematopoietic cells.

Mechanisms of Action

SENTI-202 comprises three key components:

  1. OR GATE CAR: This activating CAR is engineered to recognize and eliminate cells expressing CD33 and/or FLT3, effectively targeting leukemic blasts and stem cells, which are notoriously difficult to address in AML.
  1. NOT GATE CAR: This inhibitory CAR is designed to identify EMCN, a marker selectively expressed on healthy stem and progenitor cells. By protecting these healthy cells from potential damage, SENTI-202 aims to widen the therapeutic window for treatment.
  1. Calibrated-Release IL-15: This feature is introduced to enhance the persistence, expansion, and overall efficacy of both CAR-NK cells and the host's immune response.

Currently, Senti Bio is enrolling adult patients with relapsed or refractory CD33 and/or FLT3 expressing hematologic malignancies for a Phase 1 clinical trial of SENTI-202, positioning it as a potential first-in-class allogeneic treatment option for AML and MDS patients.

3. Senti Bio's Mission and Future Outlook

Senti Bio is at the forefront of developing next-generation cell and gene therapies aimed at addressing some of the most challenging and incurable diseases. By leveraging its proprietary Gene Circuit platform, the company engineers therapies designed with precision to target cancer cells while sparing healthy tissues. This innovative approach seeks to improve treatment outcomes and patient quality of life.

As Senti Bio continues to advance its clinical programs, it remains committed to expanding its pipeline of therapies targeting both liquid and solid tumors. The upcoming conference call represents a critical opportunity for investors, analysts, and the medical community to gain insights into the ongoing development of SENTI-202 and its potential impact on patient care.

As the date approaches, stakeholders will be keenly awaiting the data presentation at the ASH Annual Meeting, looking for indications of SENTI-202's efficacy and its promise as a new therapeutic approach in the fight against hematological cancers.
