Champion Homes received the top honors in the Manufactured Home Design – CrossMod® category, bringing its total number of MHI Excellence in Manufactured Housing Awards to an impressive 27 over the past 12 years. This achievement not only highlights the company’s dedication to crafting high-quality homes but also showcases the depth of its diverse product portfolio.

The standout model recognized this year is the Belvidere, a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom home spanning 1,493 square feet, manufactured at Champion’s facility in Topeka, Indiana. The Belvidere home exemplifies the innovative spirit of the CrossMod design category, which merges the advantages of offsite-built homes with the aesthetics and features typically associated with site-built houses.

CrossMod homes are designed to provide a high-quality, cost-effective housing solution. They adhere to the stringent U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development code and are built to offer personalization options while being eligible for various traditional financing methods.

The Belvidere’s design is both functional and visually appealing. Its exterior boasts a serene blue facade complemented by white accents, creating a striking yet welcoming appearance akin to site-built homes. The interior features a light color palette with farmhouse details, enhancing its modern charm.

Among the many amenities, the butler's pantry stands out as a highlight, equipped with ample cabinetry and counter space for food preparation, bathed in natural light from a window. The kitchen is a culinary dream with a massive island that includes bar seating for four, stainless steel Whirlpool® appliances, and a stylish floor-to-ceiling white subway tile backsplash.

The primary bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower adorned with marble-inspired tile and a rainfall showerhead, along with a double vanity fitted with trendy square sinks and a built-in linen closet.
