Jon Nudi, Masco’s President and CEO, expressed confidence in the company’s ability to navigate the current geopolitical and macroeconomic challenges. He highlighted the strategic actions taken to streamline operations, including the establishment of an Executive Committee aimed at leveraging company strengths for improved execution and growth.

Masco is also integrating Liberty Hardware into Delta Faucet Company, aligning with its consumer-driven strategy. This integration will result in Liberty Hardware being reported under the Plumbing Products segment moving forward.

Looking ahead to 2026, Masco anticipates sales in the global repair and remodel markets to remain flat, with its own sales projected to grow low single digits when adjusted for currency fluctuations. The company expects adjusted earnings per share to be in the range of $4.10 to $4.30.
