1. New Leadership Roles for Jim Parker and David Grove

In a significant move aimed at strengthening its operational leadership, Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), one of the largest homebuilders in the United States, has appointed Jim Parker as Chief Operating Officer and David Grove as Executive Vice President of Homebuilding. The announcement was made on June 5, 2026, and the changes are effective immediately.

Experienced Leaders Step Up

Both Parker and Grove bring extensive experience to their new roles, having each accumulated 30 years in the homebuilding industry. Prior to their appointments, they served as Area Presidents overseeing Lennar's East and West operations, respectively. They will continue to report directly to Stuart Miller, who holds the titles of Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Lennar.

Jim Parker's Career Journey

Parker's journey with Lennar began in 2018 when he joined the company as Regional President following the merger with CalAtlantic Homes. His prior experience includes leadership roles at prominent organizations such as John Wieland Homes and Beazer Homes. Notably, he founded and sold Parker Chandler Homes, which operated across key markets in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach. He has also held positions as Atlanta Division President and Area President at Ryland Homes, further solidifying his expertise in the homebuilding sector.

David Grove's Tenure at Lennar

Grove's career at Lennar has been marked by continuous growth since he joined as a Construction Area Manager in Austin in 1999. His ascent through the ranks showcases his capabilities in construction management and operations. He became Division President in 2004 and led the San Antonio Division for over a decade. His leadership also extended to overseeing both the Austin and San Antonio Divisions before moving to Dallas in 2017. In 2022, he was named Regional President for Texas, a role he held until his recent elevation to Area President.

A Vision for the Future

Stuart Miller expressed confidence in the new leadership team, stating, "Jim and David are tenured, proven Lennar leaders who are energized by the opportunity ahead. They have consistently delivered strong results for our teams and our business. More than that, they exemplify our core values — building quality homes and delivering more value to our customers, always with the highest level of integrity."

This strategic leadership change reflects Lennar's commitment to maintaining its position as a leader in the homebuilding industry while continuing to focus on quality and value for its customers.
