Revenue Growth

FNF’s total revenue for the third quarter was reported at $4.03 billion, a substantial increase from $3.60 billion in the same period last year. This growth is attributed to strong contributions from both the Title and F&G segments, which have shown resilience in a dynamic market environment.

F&G Segment Growth

F&G Annuities & Life, FNF's majority-owned subsidiary, also posted robust results. The F&G Segment contributed $139 million in earnings, slightly up from $135 million in Q3 2024. Key achievements include:

  • Record assets under management (AUM) before flow reinsurance reached $71.4 billion, a 14% increase from the previous year.

Chris Blunt, CEO of F&G, highlighted the significance of their sales performance, stating, “We delivered outstanding third quarter results highlighted by record assets under management fueled by one of our best sales quarters in history.”

3. Capital Allocation and Shareholder Returns

FNF has maintained a dynamic capital allocation strategy, repurchasing 631,000 shares for $37.5 million during the quarter and paying $135 million in common dividends. The company ended the quarter with $733 million in cash and short-term liquid investments, positioning itself for future investments and shareholder returns.

William P. Foley, II, Chairman, emphasized the company's commitment to shareholder value, stating, "This performance is generating strong free cash flows and we have returned $627 million to our shareholders in the first nine months of the year through share buybacks and our quarterly dividend."

4. Looking Ahead

Fidelity National Financial is set to host a conference call on November 7, 2025, to further discuss its third-quarter results and outlook for the future.
