1. Strengthening Customer-Centric Aftermarket Support

On April 20, 2026, Eaton Corp PLC, a leader in intelligent power management, announced an expansion of its authorized service center agreement with Air Support. This move is a testament to Eaton's ongoing commitment to enhancing customer-centric aftermarket support and providing localized repair solutions across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

The expanded partnership acknowledges Air Support’s stellar performance since becoming Eaton’s first authorized aerospace service center in EMEA, underscoring the company's strategy to streamline access to high-quality repairs closer to aircraft operations.

2. Enhancing Local Repair Capabilities

Matt Norman, Vice President of Aftermarket and Commercial Services for Eaton's Aerospace Group, highlighted the rationale behind the agreement's expansion. "Our decision to expand this agreement reflects the results Air Support has delivered for our customers since the collaboration began,” he stated. By enriching local repair capabilities, Eaton aims to significantly reduce turnaround time and freight costs while upholding the quality, reliability, and technical standards customers expect from the brand.

The agreement not only provides customers with access to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repairs but also ensures the latest repair documentation and consistent use of approved Eaton spare parts. This localized service delivery aligns with Eaton's broader sustainability goals by minimizing transportation-related emissions.

3. New Repair Capabilities

The expansion builds on an agreement initially established in 2025, and it notably broadens the scope of authorized repair services to encompass additional engine fuel system components. Under the newly expanded terms, Air Support is now permitted to provide repair and overhaul services for critical components, including:

  • CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B main engine fuel pumps
  • CF34-8 and CF34-10 engine fuel pumps
  • CFM56-5B gear motors

This development equips Air Support to better support its customer base throughout the EMEA region with reliable, responsive service that adheres to OEM standards.

4. A Promising Partnership

Sabine Tertre, CEO of Air Support, expressed enthusiasm for the ongoing collaboration with Eaton, stating, "We are proud to continue growing our relationship with Eaton and honored by the trust reflected in this expanded agreement." The CEO emphasized that the new repair capabilities will allow Air Support to enhance its service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

Eaton plans to maintain robust support for its customers through a global network of repair stations, working in tandem with authorized service centers to provide flexible, high-quality aftermarket support worldwide.

5. About Eaton

Founded in 1911, Eaton operates as an intelligent power management company dedicated to environmental protection and improving quality of life.
