January 20, 2026 - Entegris, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG), a leading player in advanced materials science, has made headlines with the announcement of a significant transition in its financial leadership. Linda LaGorga, the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down effective February 28, 2026, by mutual agreement. This change comes as Entegris continues to position itself for growth within the semiconductor and high-technology sectors.

1. Leadership Transition

Effective March 1, 2026, Mike Sauer, currently serving as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, will transition into the role of Interim CFO. In addition to his new responsibilities, Sauer will maintain his current duties, ensuring continuity in Entegris' financial operations during this pivotal time.

LaGorga, who has been instrumental in shaping Entegris' financial strategies, will serve as a Senior Advisor until May 15, 2026. This advisory role aims to facilitate a smooth transition as the company embarks on a search for a permanent CFO, engaging a prominent executive search firm for the process.

2. Comments from Leadership

Dave Reeder, President and CEO of Entegris, expressed gratitude towards LaGorga for her contributions to the company. "On behalf of the Board and management team, I’d like to thank Linda for her contributions and commitment to Entegris," Reeder stated. "She has played an instrumental role in strengthening Entegris’ foundation for the future. We wish her the best."

In her parting remarks, LaGorga reflected on her tenure at Entegris, stating, "It has been a privilege to serve as Entegris’ CFO, and I am proud of what the team has accomplished. I have the utmost confidence in this team and its ability to capture the tremendous opportunities ahead."

Reeder further emphasized the strategic advantage of having Sauer step into the Interim CFO role, noting his extensive experience within Entegris and his deep understanding of the semiconductor industry. "The finance function will be in great hands as we move forward and conduct a search for a permanent CFO," he assured.

3. Financial Outlook Remains Steady

In conjunction with the leadership change, Entegris reaffirmed its guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025, which was initially provided in its third-quarter financial results announced on October 30, 2025. This commitment to transparency and stability is crucial as the company navigates this transition.
