Glenn Coleman is set to join Charles River as Corporate Executive Vice President and CFO on April 6, 2026. In this role, he will oversee the global Finance organization, including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Global Facilities and Real Estate, and Global Procurement functions. Coleman brings over 30 years of financial and operational management experience, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.

Before his appointment, Coleman served as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of a $1 billion healthcare services business. His previous roles include CFO positions at DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. and Integra Life Sciences Holdings Corporation, where he held senior leadership roles. Coleman expressed his eagerness to join Charles River, stating, “I am excited to join Charles River at a pivotal time in its history, and look forward to partnering with Jim, Birgit, and the entire team at Charles River to help lead the Company to its next chapter of growth.”

Coleman will succeed Michael G. Knell, who has been serving as interim CFO since September 2025 and will remain as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

3. Kerry Dailey: Championing Legal and Compliance Expertise

Kerry Dailey will begin her role as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer on March 30, 2026. Dailey will lead the Global Legal function, integrating Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Security, and Global ESG initiatives under one umbrella. Her extensive experience in the life sciences sector will be an asset as she advises the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership team.

Dailey has spent over 25 years in legal roles, most recently at Alcon, Inc., where she served as Vice President, Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Her experience includes managing legal and compliance for multinational companies in highly regulated environments. Upon joining, Dailey remarked, “I am looking forward to joining Charles River as it will be an incredible opportunity to contribute to a company that plays such a vital role in advancing scientific innovation and helping to create healthier lives.”

To ensure a smooth transition into the CLO role, Matthew L. Daniel, who has been serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer, will assist Dailey until July 1, 2026, after which he plans to pursue other professional opportunities.
