This elevation coincides with the retirement of Carl Leuschner, who has served the company for an impressive 17 years, with the last seven years in the role of Senior Vice President for Internet and Voice Products.

2. Rodrian’s Track Record in Product Leadership
Having joined Spectrum in 2009, Dave Rodrian has amassed a wealth of experience in product innovation. Most recently, he served as Group Vice President for WiFi Products, where he was instrumental in the deployment of an advanced suite of WiFi routers, including the launch of WiFi 6E and the introduction of innovative features like Speed Boost and data offload capabilities through Spectrum Mobile. Under his guidance, Spectrum emerged as the fastest growing WiFi 7 provider and successfully launched WiFi 7 extenders and Invincible WiFi, which garnered recognition from WiFi Now as the "Best In-Home WiFi Product."
In addition to his accomplishments in WiFi, Rodrian previously led the Internet Products team, where he was responsible for key developments such as the rollout of DOCSIS 3.1 and 1 Gbps service across Spectrum’s market areas. His diverse experience includes leadership roles in Voice, Email, and Customer Identity Product Teams at Spectrum. Prior to his tenure at Spectrum, Rodrian contributed to Level 3 Communications in the corporate strategy and development group for five years.
Rodrian holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in engineering management from Duke University. He is also a recognized innovator, holding three U.S. patents, and currently serves on the board of directors for CUJO AI.
