Dallas, TX – December 16, 2025 – In a strategic move aimed at enhancing its leadership structure, CBRE Group Inc. has announced a series of significant executive promotions within its Real Estate Investments and Advisory Services business segments, as well as the Trammell Crow Company (TCC) business line. Effective January 1, 2026, these appointments are expected to position the company for accelerated growth and innovation in the competitive commercial real estate market.

1. Leadership Changes in Real Estate Investments

Andy Glanzman has been elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Real Estate Investments (REI) segment. Glanzman will hold executive oversight of both Trammell Crow Company and CBRE Investment Management, the firm's global real assets investment management subsidiary. This dual role underscores Glanzman’s importance in the organization as he continues to serve as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management alongside Adam Gallistel. He will report directly to Bob Sulentic, CBRE's Chair and CEO.

Trammell Crow Company Gains New Leadership

In line with Glanzman’s ascension, Adam Nims has been promoted to CEO of Trammell Crow Company. Nims will report to Glanzman and will take on the responsibility of driving TCC’s strategic initiatives forward. This leadership change marks a significant shift as Nims takes the helm of one of the industry’s leading real estate development firms.

New Global COO for Advisory Services

CBRE also announced the promotion of Adam Saphier to the position of Global Chief Operating Officer for the Advisory Services segment. Saphier, who has been a senior executive within TCC, will oversee all Advisory operations outside of the U.S. and Canada, as well as the global Valuations business. He will report to Vikram Kohli, CEO of Advisory Services, and will assist in the operational and financial management of the Advisory segment on a global scale.

2. Acknowledgment of Exceptional Performance

In the press release, Bob Sulentic expressed confidence in the newly promoted executives, stating, “Andy, Adam, and Adam have delivered exceptional results for our company and clients over many years. Their new roles position them to have an even greater impact while continuing to advance their careers.” This sentiment highlights the company’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent within its ranks.

3. Transitioning Leadership at TCC

With Nims assuming the role of CEO at TCC, the current CEO, Danny Queenan, will transition into a new senior position as Executive Group President. In this capacity, Queenan will oversee several key initiatives and geographies for TCC, reporting directly to Nims. This strategic reorganization is designed to leverage Queenan's extensive experience while allowing new leadership to bring fresh perspectives and energy to TCC’s operations.
