Bernstein has also held pivotal roles at CVS Health, where she spearheaded e-commerce initiatives and omnichannel growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, and managed the Beauty & Personal Care division.

Prior to that, she held senior HR positions at Newell Brands during a transformative growth phase.
