Company Leadership Transition Marks a New Era

ATN International, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATNI), a prominent player in digital infrastructure and communications services, announced a significant leadership change on April 7, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Naji Khoury as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 20, 2026. This transition comes as Brad Martin steps down from his role as CEO and member of the Board, although he will remain on board in an advisory capacity until the end of May 2026 to aid in a seamless transition.

1. A Leader with Proven Experience

Naji Khoury brings nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications sector to his new role. Before joining ATN, he spent 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico, where he served as CEO for the last six years. During his tenure there, he successfully scaled the company’s operations in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands through a combination of organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Khoury held senior leadership positions at Centennial Communications and GE Capital Services, specifically within its Spacenet subsidiary, which provided satellite-based services. His extensive background in telecommunications positions him well to lead ATN into its next chapter.

2. Board's Confidence in New Leadership

Michael Prior, Executive Chairman of ATN, expressed confidence in Khoury's capabilities, stating, “Naji brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record in leadership, strategy, and operational execution. We are pleased to welcome him to ATN – his extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and Caribbean markets positions us well for our next phase of growth and value creation.” Prior highlighted that Khoury’s strategic vision aligns with ATN’s recent network investments and the company’s goal of delivering long-term value to customers, employees, and stockholders.

In his own words, Khoury stated, “I’m honored to serve as ATN’s next Chief Executive Officer. ATN has a strong portfolio of telecommunications businesses and an experienced team. I look forward to advancing our strategic priorities and serving our customers and communities.”

3. Acknowledgment of Outgoing Leadership

Michael Prior also took the opportunity to acknowledge Brad Martin’s contributions during his time as CEO. Under Martin's leadership, ATN strengthened its operational processes and made significant investments in expanding and upgrading its fiber networks. Prior noted that Martin leaves the company with a robust foundation for future growth and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.

4. About ATN International, Inc.

Headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, ATN International is a leading provider of digital infrastructure and communications services, primarily focusing on rural and remote markets.
