ADP Announces CFO Transition: Peter Hadley Takes the Helm

Effective July 1, 2025, Peter Hadley, currently serving as ADP's Treasurer, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He succeeds Don McGuire, who has held the CFO position since 2021 and will remain available to ensure a smooth transition until September 30, 2025.

2. Peter Hadley: A Proven Leader

Peter Hadley, 52, has been with ADP since 2002 and has built an impressive career within the company. He has held various senior executive positions, most recently as Corporate Vice President and Treasurer, where he oversaw key areas such as ADP's capital structure, client funds investment portfolio, and capital markets activities. His prior experience includes a tenure as President – Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for ADP's business strategy and development in that region.

Before joining ADP, Hadley worked with KPMG in the UK and Arthur Andersen in Australia. He holds a Master of Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney. Additionally, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

3. Acknowledging Don McGuire's Contributions

As Hadley prepares to take on his new role, Maria Black took the opportunity to thank Don McGuire for his dedicated service. "During his tenure, he not only built an accomplished finance organization but also helped shape our business into the global HCM leader it is today," she remarked.
